1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the learnerspod website, enrolling in our courses, or visiting our physical location in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

All course enrollments are subject to availability and meeting any prerequisite requirements. Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. learnerspod reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

3. Payment & Fees

Course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy below. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at our Jumeirah 1 location.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before course start: 75% refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• Once a course has begun, no refunds will be issued
• learnerspod reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend all classes punctually. Excessive absences may result in forfeiture of certification eligibility. We maintain a professional environment and reserve the right to dismiss any student demonstrating disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior without refund.

6. Certification Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, students must:

• Attend at least 90% of all class sessions
• Complete all required practical and theoretical assessments
• Settle all outstanding fees

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, presentations, and practical techniques taught at learnerspod, are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute. Reproduction, distribution, or teaching of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

learnerspod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, courses, or facility. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
